Product Features產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn):亞德曼合金網(wǎng)以高性?xún)r(jià)比為主要賣(mài)點(diǎn),在同等參數(shù)下,其抗拉強(qiáng)度為304不銹鋼的兩倍,僅需304材料一半厚度即可實(shí)現(xiàn)接近的防護(hù)性能。由于強(qiáng)度極高,即使在運(yùn)輸或加工過(guò)程中遭受磕碰或摔落,產(chǎn)品也不會(huì)出現(xiàn)網(wǎng)面波浪或凹陷問(wèn)題,這是304材料難以實(shí)現(xiàn)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。此外,該產(chǎn)品主要成分為鋅合金,價(jià)格長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定,不受304不銹鋼市場(chǎng)價(jià)格波動(dòng)的影響。測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示,其抗腐蝕性能與304不銹鋼相當(dāng),在1300小時(shí)的中性鹽霧測(cè)試后才出現(xiàn)氧化生銹反應(yīng)。為進(jìn)一步提升防腐性能,亞德曼合金網(wǎng)采用了電泳涂層與靜電粉末噴涂的雙重工藝。電泳涂層致密性高,可有效隔絕空氣中的水分,對(duì)絲表面形成強(qiáng)力保護(hù),再輔以靜電粉末噴涂,大大增強(qiáng)了產(chǎn)品的抗腐蝕能力。
Adamaitum Mesh stands out for its high cost-effectiveness. With twice the tensile strength of 304 stainless steel, it achieves similar protection with only half the material thickness. Its high strength ensures the mesh remains free of waves or dents during transport or processing, which is difficult for 304 stainless steel. Made primarily from zinc alloy, the mesh offers stable pricing unaffected by stainless steel market fluctuations. Tests show it provides comparable corrosion resistance to 304 stainless steel, with oxidation only appearing after 1300 hours of neutral salt spray testing. To further enhance durability, it features dual coatings: an electrophoretic layer to block moisture and a powder coating for added corrosion resistance.
